How to Join

Step 1:
On your mobile phone, dial *120*540*32*your ID number#.
Follow the instructions to submit your full names, surname, and date of birth.

Step 2:
You will receive an SMS with a One-Time Pin.
Dial *120*540#, and use the One-Time Pin to select your own 4-digit pin to activate your account and your mediBucks mobile banking. (T&Cs acceptance required.)

Step 3:
Receive your mediBucks account number and banking details via SMS. Use this to make your first EFT deposit (minimum R200) into your account (Your first deposit must be made within 30 days of account activation).

How to Register Your Dependants

Step 1:
To register your dependants (spouse, child, or other), access your mediBucks mobile banking on *120*540#.

Step 2:
Select ‘Profile’ and then select ‘Dependants’.
You can then select ‘Add dependants’, and follow the instructions.
